In order to access to the Site, you must first sign up for an iChoice User Account and create a login ID (an email address) and account password (collectively, the "Registration Information"). The Site will automatically create an account under your email address and password.

If you use the iChoice Services, you may enter data into the account on the Site, in order to set, track and manage your progress. This data, your "Personal Data", includes your birthdate, your height and weight, your gender, and specific details of the data your iChoice devices record and the data you enter into the Site.

Standard Information

We also collect standard information about our users such as IP addresses, browser type, operating system, pages visited on our site, referring and exit pages, and the dates and times of the visits. This site visitation data is used to administer the site and provide general statistics regarding the use of ichoicelife.com. Site visitation data is never linked to your personal information, and we do not use it to identify you individually.

Information That We Collect from You About Others

If you decide to invite a third party to use the Services, we will collect such third party’s name and e-mail address so that we may send such third party an invitation to use the Services and other information about the Services. If you decide to use our Services with social networking platforms, we may collect information about your interactions with people with whom you associate through those platforms.

The iChoice Serivices also enable you to invite a friend to join us. If you provide a user's nickname to us for this reason, we will use that nickname only for the purpose of sending an invitation to your friend.

iChoice's default settings for new users who signed up for an iChoice’s account are as follows:
Just Me - Information likely to be sensitive (e.g., activity data, food, weight, body data, measurements, journal, mood, allergies, sleep statistics, non-profile photos, etc.) will not be available to third parties

Users I Follow - Information you may want to share with others that you like (e.g., activity data, food data, badges, journal, mood, allergies, etc.) will be visible to the followers

Users Who Follow Me - Information the users that you trust likely already know about you (e.g., real name, "About Me," age, gender, height, location, etc.) will be available to your friends

Everyone - Basic information (e.g., profile photo, nickname, steps and distance, etc.) will be available to everyone All users can update their privacy settings at any time by visiting the privacy settings section of their User Center on the iChoice Site. Generally, iChoice limits search engine access to the Site, and instructs search engines not to index user profile pages. However, search engines may access profile information set to the "Everyone" in your privacy setting.

Use of Information


We will use the information you provide us for a number of purposes including the following:
● Provide and fulfill the services and products you request from us;
● To personalize and better tailor the features, performance and support of the Services for your use;
● Provide you with updates regarding iChoice products and services;

Your Right to Delete Your Data


If you would like to cancel your iChoice account you may do so by emailing our support . When you request cancellation of your account, your personally identifiable information will be deleted, including but not limited your email address, name, photo(s), friends list and links to social and partner sites. Archival copies of your account information that exist within our back-up system will be deleted in accordance with our normal back-up expiration schedule. Following cancellation or termination of your account, iChocie may continue to utilize de-identified and anonymized historical data associated with your use of the iChoice Products.

Email Communications From Us


We may provide our registered customers with weekly summaries of their account data and email alerts. We also allow users to subscribe to email newsletters and from time to time may transmit emails promoting iChoice or third-party goods or services. iChocie subscribers have the ability to opt-out of receiving our weekly summaries and promotional emails and to terminate their newsletter subscriptions by following the instructions provided in such emails.
Opting out in this manner will not end transmission of service-related emails, such as email alerts.

Your Responsibility for Maintaining the Confidentiality of your Login ID and Password


You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login ID and password. If you believe that your login ID or password have been compromised you should immediately change your password and contact support . We are not responsible if someone else accesses your account through registration information they have obtained from you or through a violation by you of this Policy or the iChoice Terms of Use.
