About iChoice A10

Can I use my new iChoice A10 directly without setting it up on my computer?
Yes. The iChoice A10 can be used without integration with the iChoicelife software. However, only the calculated steps will be accurate. All other measurable data is based on your personal information you will enter in your free account (ie: gender, age, weight and height) onichoicelife.com.
How do I set up my iChoice A10 on my computer?
In order to set your iChoice A10 up to work with your computer, you must download the proper software. Navigate towww.ichoicelife.com/download/walk. Once you download and install the software, you will need to create a free account for the www.ichoicelife.com website
How do I adjust the number and order of my iChoice A10’s display?
To change the display mode, plug your unit into your computer’s standard USB port and select “Device Settings” on the My iChoice dashboard. You can adjust which settings show on your iChoice A10’s display by selecting "√" or "×". You can also use the arrows to change the order in which they show. IMPORTANT: You must sync your unit after making any device settings.
How do I use the stopwatch?
Press and hold the button for 2 seconds to enter the stopwatch mode. When the stopwatch icon shows on your iChocie A10’s display, short press the button to start and stop the recording. Press and hold the button for 2 seconds to exit the stopwatch mode.
What is the average life of one battery replacement?
The battery installed in your iChoice A10 is a replaceable button battery, CR2032. This battery can keep your unit working regularly for 4-5 months. When the battery-low icon appears on the top left corner of your unit, you should replace the old battery as instructed in the manual.
How do I replace the battery?
You will need a phillips head screw driver to open the battery cover located on the back of your iChoice A10. Once the screw and battery cover are removed, replace the old battery with a new one (CR2032). Please note that the anode (+ ) is facing upward. Replace the battery cover and screw carefully.
Is my iChoice A10 water-proof?
No. The iChoice A10 is water resistant. This means your unit can be exposed to sweat and light rain but cannot be exposed to a high volume of liquid. Wearing your iChoice A10 in heavy rain, while swimming or accidentally washing will most likely damage your unit.

Data syncing

Why do I need to sync my iChoice A10 with my account?
Syncing your unit with your account is important. When you sync your unit, you upload recorded data and free storage space. Syncing also helps you stay on the path to fitness by interacting with your daily activities and progress.
How do I upload the recorded data from my iChoice A10 to my account?
You must have the iChoice Exchange software in order to sync your unit with your account. Navigate tohttp://www.ichoicelife.com/download/walk to download and install the software for your unit. Once the software is installed onto your computer, your data will be synced automatically every time your unit is plugged into your computer's USB port.
How often should I sync?
Your unit has an enough space to retain fitness details from the past 7 days. We recommend you to sync regularly or at least one time within 7 days. When the memory is full,“FULL” will appear on the display. You must sync your unit immediately to free space, or old data may get replaced with new data.
Will syncing my unit drain my battery?
No. When you sync your unit, the charge comes from your computer via the USB and will not drain battery from your unit.
Does my iChoice A10 continue to record while it is being synced?
Your unit will continue to record your Calories and fat grams burned while it is plugged in. This data is based on your basal metabolism rate (BMR). All other data cannot be calculated when syncing you unit.

Online My iChoice

Is My iChoice free?
Yes! Signing up for a free iChoice account will give you access to MyiChoice, a online dashboard that gives you unlimited access to various tools to help you begin and stay on the path to fitness.
What type of goals can I set on My iChoice?
You can set new goals, activity or weight goals, once you log-in and navigate to “Goals” on your My iChoice. To set an activity goal, select “Activity Goals” and scroll down to “Set Activity Goal”.
1.Choose a "target type" from the drop down menu. (ie: steps, Calories, distance etc.)
2. Enter the duration (in days) in which you would like to reach this goal
3. Enter a target goal

To set a weight control goal, select "Weight Control Goal" in the Goals selection list.
1. Type in your ideal weight in the provided field
2. Choose a plan intensity at your will
3. Measure your weight and record it on the log page of My iChoice regularly
You can also set your goals by clicking the quick link key on the Overall page.
What data do I need to log manually?
When synced, your iChoice A10 will automatically upload your steps, distance, Calories burned, and fat grams burned that were calculated while wearing the unit (up to the last 7days). You will need to manually log all food intake, exercise or activity (ie: volleyball, yoga, bike riding, etc), oxygen level, heart rate, blood pressure, glucose and your current measured weight. There is also a function to create your own category to track.
How often should I log my activities, food intake and weight?
We recommend logging information daily to keep the results accurate.
How do I receive award badges?
Badges are our way of congratulating you on reaching your goals when using the device. There are 4 different badges synced by your unit.
1. Steps
2. Distance
3. Calories burned
4. Fat burned
You can receive badges based on daily and weekly statistics.
How do I find friends and share my journal?
With My iChoice, you can interact with other users in the online Share platform. You can log personal information and set the visibility of your journal and mood. You can also follow and communicate with other iChoice users by searching their fullname or email address on the Find Users page.
Taking action with your friends in your life will help you achieve your goals, so we encourage you to invite your familiar friends to join iChoice Life with you. Only you need to do is select Invite Friends in Share list, enter their email addresses and click the Send Invitations button.
My iChoice also allows you to choose what information you want to share with others via "Privacy Settings" or even block certain users from seeing any of your information.

Account & Privacy

I forgot my log-in email and/or password. What can I do?
If you forgot your log-in email, you need to plug your device into your computer’s USB and click "Forgot Email or Password" on the iChoice Exchange. If you forgot your password, click "Forgot Password" on the iChoice Exchange Log-in page. Enter the email address you use for your iChoice account. You will receive an email with instructions on resetting your password.
How do I change my password, email address or nickname?
You can change your email address and/or password through "Email & Password" on My iChoice.
You can set your nickname through "Account Settings" on My iChoice, the default nickname is your email name.
Can other My iChoice users see my weight, badges or journals?
The choice is yours! My iChoice allows you to choose which elements you want to share with others. You can edit these settings under "Privacy Settings".

Troubleshooting

I washed my iChoice Walk A10! What can I do?
iChoice A10 is not a water-proof unit. If you washed it, you may have destroyed it. We recommend removing the battery and drying it off completely. After reinstalling the battery and pushing the button, if the device can display normally, you can continue to use it.
“Err”appears on the screen of my unit. What can I do?
When this error appears on the screen, there is an unfixable error and the only thing you can do is return your unit to us.
I replaced the battery on my unit and now the time is wrong. What can I do?
After you replace the battery on your unit, you will need to sync your device with your account to return to the proper time.

How to turn on the unit?

How to adjust the time?
Download “iChoice” App, after sync up successfully, the time on iChoice A30 is synchronization automatically
How to charge iChoice A30?
When the screen displays a low battery icon, it remains 10% battery power. You can take off the iChoice A30 from the wrist strap; use the USB charging line to charge. One side of the charging line inserts the charging port of iChoice A30, the other side inserts the USB interface.
What is a plastic film on the screen?
It is the screen’s clear protective covering, please peel the clear protective covering off when you began to use it.
What is the clip used for in the package?
It is another way to wear iChoice A30. You can remove the iChoice A30 from the wrist strap, and then put it into the clip to wear on the collar, pockets and so on.
How to wear the wrist strap easily?
The designer should ensure the product is anti-lost, and not easy to fall off, so it will be slightly tight to wear. You can try to press the metal buckle near the”iChoice" logo, then pressing the next buckle.
How to enter into sleep mode?
Long press the button for 3 seconds, the screen displays”sleep”, then the device enters into sleep mode.
How to exit the sleep mode?
Long press for 3 seconds, the screen display normal parameters (time, steps), then the device exit the sleep mode.
iChoice A30 cannot sync up with the App?
Make sure your phone’s Bluetooth is open, then long press the button enter into "sleep mode", and then long press the button again to exit sleep mode, then sync up.
Why the home page has no date after sync up successfully?
Please make sure whether the date in the home page is “Today”.
Please make sure whether the network connection is well.
How to upload data?
After sync up successfully, each time you turn on APP, the data will be uploaded automatically to APP. Make sure the distance between the iChoice S1 and mobile phone not over 10 meters.

About iChoice S1

How to turn on the unit?
The first time you use the unit, please open the battery compartment and then install 4 AAA batteries, after you close the battery door, place the iChoice S1 on the hard and steady ground to take measurement.
How to sync iChoice S1 and your mobile phone?
Download the "iChoice" APP, searching iChoice S1 in settings, the iChoice S1 will sync up with your mobile phone automatically. Make sure turn on the iChoice S1.
How to upload data?
After sync up successfully, each time you open APP, the data will be uploaded to APP automatically. Make sure the distance between the iChoice S1 and mobile phone not over 10 meters.
Why does the Bluetooth icon flashing?
When sync up successfully, the Bluetooth icon is light on. If failure, the Bluetooth icon is in flashing status.
Why the weight measurements are inaccurate?
The ground is soft or unsteady. Or do not adjust the unit, the default unit is Ib.
How to adjust the unit?
When sync up successfully, enter into the settings -- advanced settings -- units, you can adjust the unit.
How long the battery can be used?
iChoice S1 features low power consumption. if it be used 5 times a day, you can use it as long as 8 months
Why the screen displays “LO”?
"LO" means the iChoice S1 in a low power state, you should replace the battery as soon as possible.
Why iChoice S1 can’t sync up with the App?
Make sure your phone’s Bluetooth is in the open status.

How to turn on the unit?
Install one AAA battery firstly, and then press the button to turn on the device.
How will sync iChoice OX100 with mobile phone?
Download the "iChoice" APP, searching iChoice OX100 in settings, then the iChoice OX100 will sync up with your phone automatically. Make sure turn on the iChoice OX100.
How to take a measurement?
Press power button to turn on the device, place one of your fingers into the rubber. You will receive accurate readings of pulse rate and oxygen saturation around 10 seconds.
How to upload data?
After sync up successfully, each time you turn on APP, the data will be uploaded automatically to APP. Make sure the distance between the iChoice OX100 and mobile phone not over 10 meters.
Why does the Bluetooth icon flashing?
When sync up successfully, the Bluetooth icon is light on. If failure, the Bluetooth icon is in flashing status.
How to turn off iChoice OX100?
After the measurements uploaded successfully, the device will turn off automatically. If the iChoice OX100 not sync up with your phone, after measurement the device will turn off 15s later.
Why iChoice OX100 can’t sync up with the App?
Make sure your phone’s Bluetooth is in the open status.
Why the home page has no date after sync up successfully?
